The Space: Fun in Rome awaits you in my wonderfully located, modern and luxurious apartment in the heart of Rome. Minutes from best archaeological, historical and monumental sites and close to main shopping districts. Cavour Metro Station is 400m from my apartment and Il Vittoriano monument is just a 10-minute walk away. Local nightlife starts just off the doorstep with a wide range of restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, cafés and galleries. There are plenty of supermarkets and groceries shops just near the apartment. The flat is part of a XVIIIth century building that has been recently restored. When you enter from the main street of Cimarra, you will walk through a shared hallway to your private apartment. There is also a courtyard/garden that is shared with 3 other apartments that I own (you can contact me to rent them) and nobody else. You are welcome to use it, as it has seating and other amenities! In this apartment there is a queen size bed for two people with an attached bathroom. My apartment has mostly brand new furniture, with brand new 1800-thread count linens, comforters and sheets to ensure a perfect night's rest after a long day of touring the city! My home is newly furnished with plenty of space for you and your guests. We have professional cleaners come after each stay to make sure the room is in meticulous condition for incoming guests. We are happy to arrange later check ins when possible, but please note the following fees: After 9pm = 20 euro surcharge After 11pm = 30 euro surcharge After 1 am = 40 euro surcharge We have 500+ 5-star reviews for several other listings in other amazing cities with an average property rating of 4.8/5 so you can trust you will have a safe and comfortable trip to Italy that won't break the bank. Guest Access: You will be greeted and given a key for the apartment and main door. Interaction with Guests: We're available 24/7, and always respond within an hour. The Neighborhood: The building is very elegant and it's located in one of the finest areas of Rome. Getting Around: Uber, Taxis, and tons of public transit options are available! Other Things to Note: Very Important Info: CITY TAX: Kindly note, the City of Rome requires a City Tax which is ?3 per adult per day. Most websites do not charge this fee to you so we will have to collect payment after booking. LATE CHECK-IN: Our regular check-in time is until 11:00pm. We can accommodate late check-ins. However, please kindly note that there is a ?20 surcharge to be given to check-in manager for any check-ins between 11PM to 2AM. After 2AM there will be a ?40 surcharge paid to our check-in manager. SAME DAY CHECK-IN: If you are booking and checking in within 24 hours, there will be a ?20 surcharge that must be paid to our check-in person.
