How can I make a reservation?

  1. Choose the country, region or city where you would like to stay.
  2. Enter the check-in date and the number of nights you want to stay at the hotel.
  3. Choose the number of rooms you would like to book.
  4. Choose the number of people per room.

Can I cancel or change my reservation? Does it cost anything?

When you make a reservation we give you information about when you are able to cancel at no cost. This information is found on the page where we ask for your reservation details (name, telephone, etc.). You can call us to change any reservation on 902 515 555, or 00 34 93 269 11 26..

If you made your reservation through the website and you are within the cancellation period you can cancel at no cost. Just click on the 'My bookings' link at the top-right of the main page. If you wish to cancel but the free cancellation period has passed, you must call 902 515 555.

What documents will I be sent?

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will show you a confirmation message. You can print off your booking confirmation, which you will have to show when you check in. Can I search for hotels by price, category, hotel name or payment method?

Once the system shows you the list of hotels available according to your criteria, you will see an option at the top to sort your results by: Distance (from city centre), price, stars or value for money. This way you will speed up your search and find exactly what you want much more quickly.

How many rooms can I reserve in one booking?

You can reserve a maximum of 4 rooms in one booking, each one can have a maximum occupancy of 4 people. If you wish to reserve more than 4 rooms, you can call 902 515 555 or send us an email at . We will take care of your reservation.

What type of information is available about the hotel and how can I see it?

You can access any information related to the hotel's services and facilities by clicking on the hotel name. You will see information and photographs, its location on the map and directions to the hotel.

Can I make any special requests? For example parking, a sea view, a smoking room, a double bed, etc.?

You can request these services in the 'Special requests' box during the reservation process. We send this to the hotel, so that they can bear it in mind. The hotel is able to reject or accept your requests depending on availability. If the hotel is unable to meet your request, we will contact you.

How do I pay for my reservation?

There are different payment methods on . You can pay at the hotel or when you confirm the reservation using the credit card details you give when you decide to book.

  1. At the hotel: You pay for your reservation at the hotel, in cash or by a credit card, normally when you check out. We require your credit card details even if you wish to pay at the hotel to guarantee your reservation. This is in case of a no-show or if you cancel your reservation outside the free cancellation period. In which case, the hotel may charge you a fee. You can consult the cancellation fees during the reservation process and there is more information below.
  2. Bank transfer: You can pay for beach hotels through bank transfer. Please contact us to ask how to do this.
  3. Online with card: Some hotels require total payment by card when you make the reservation. Once the payment has been made, we will take the total amount from your card. If you cancel within the free cancellation period, we will return the full amount to your card.

Is it safe for me to give my credit card details to

The credit card registration process uses the highest security systems. Your personal and credit card details are encrypted when they are sent to and from the site.
